[WIP] AGENT-1330: machineconfiguration/v1alpha1: add InternalReleaseImage (mixed version)

This patch is similar to #2510, but with the following notable differences related to the types organization:

• machineconfiguration/v1alpha1 contains just the main CR types:

  • InternalReleaseImage
  • InternalReleaseImageList

• machineconfiguration/v1 contains the shared types required by both InternalReleaseImage and MachineConfigNodeStatus, in particular:

  • InternalReleaseImageStatus
