Originally suggested by @mikelolasagasti, thanks. I've just updated the setops to be compatible with microdnf which doesn't recognize False/True only 0/1. Some of our internal tooling replaces base images with minimal variants which depends on microdnf. rh-pre-commit.version: 2.3.2 rh-pre-commit.check-secrets: ENABLED

On RHEL9 this reduces the build deps from 69 packages down to 56.
