Bump golang release image to v1.24.6

As part of October 2025 Vulnerability Mitigation SREP-1985 we need to update go-lang_builder version to 1.24.6. By checking the existing Konflux image it seems to have a required version already.

Based on the lastest go bump ART-14136

Available versions:
