Openshift console shows error "(0 , r.getModifyApplicationAction)" is not a function when opening the Topology view in version 4.21.7

I am using a 30-days trial version of Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS, and every time I navigate to the Topology view in Admin mode I get what seems to be a Typescript error:

(0 , r.getModifyApplicationAction) is not a function

NOTE 1: I am attaching component-trace.log and stack-trace.log.

NOTE 2: I did not open a support case because it is not included in the 30-day trial account.
