Can't login to azure VM created from rhcos-410.8.20190504.0-azure.vhd image

What happened?

I followed the steps as mentioned in https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/docs/user/azure/install.md & created an image of rhcos-410.8.20190504.0-azure.vhd, from the azure image, i have created an azure VM, but i am not able to login to the VM with the provided userid & password ( provided during VM creation ). is there any inbuilt userid & login in the image ?

   Doesn't provide an instructions to create a Azure VM, the installer will create them for you.

2. Cant login with username password specified.
   Red Hat Linux Enterprise CoreOS does not ship with Azure agents that allow setting password for user using serial console..
   You should use the Ignition configs to setup authorized keys for SSH for your user.
   ^^-- any bug on that front please direct them to github.com/openshift/os
