OLS-2772: dedicated console image for OCP 4.19 - 4.21

Description

On Openshift 4.19 - 4.21, the console image comes from OLS component "lightspeed-console-4-19":

• operator adds an argument for this new console image
• snapshot_to_image_list.sh script add generations code for this new console image, fixed some technical debt at the same time.
• bundle update scripts adapted with the new console image
