[release-4.22] CNV-74110: new translations

This is a backport of #404 to release-4.22.

Summary

• Updated translation strings across Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese locales
• Added proper pluralization handling (_one/_other) for annotation counts and "+more" pagination messages
• Added missing translations for "Configure in Virtual machine networks page" and other UI labels
• Improved text consistency across all supported languages

Conflicts resolved

The cherry-pick had conflicts in all 5 locale files because release-4.22 had the new plural keys (_one, _many, _other) as empty strings (added by the i18n parser). The conflicts were resolved by taking the translated values from the PR.
