Why did you remove all previous tables?

@jewertow The 3.2 branch was replicated from the OSSM docs main branch which has multiple release content. There are separate branches for 3.0 and 3.1 as well. Typically, each branch contains release notes specific to that version. For example, the 3.1 branch includes only 3.1 release notes.
Based on that structure, I removed the previous data and kept the content specific to 3.2.
