Migrating from OCP version 3 to 4 (MTC 1.8)
Resolves https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MIG-1287 by removing the section "Updating deprecated internal images" from "Troubleshooting" in the MTC OCP 3 -> OCP 4 guide. The section was removed from the OCP 4 -> OCP 4 guide when the command
