Additional information:
This PR:

• Removes [discrete] tags from the ROSA and OSD docs (DITA migration requirement)
• Changes leveoffsets in several assemblies to address build issues. With no discrete tags a sequence of includes gets out of order. Check with the team because changes in leveloffsets might brake assemblies logic (see linked docs previews with affected guides).
• Reshuffles some of assemblies metadata to make them compliant with the OCP docs requirements: doc_guidelines.adoc#assembly-file-metadata Some changes will also be required for DITA migration.
• Some changes are my vscode trimming white space at the end of the lines, please, ignore.
