Auth fixes

• Add auth params to helper init
• Do not load default kubeconfig if auth params present (works around issue with layering user provided auth config on top of the default kubeconfig).

@chouseknecht Some outstanding items for this still:

• There are some lint test failures related to the module generation that I wasn't completely comfortable cleaning up.
• I need to fix up the object name generation to work properly with services in k8s/OpenShift v1.3.
• Non-admin user still needs to be created and used
