This should fix clhm.ignition-warnings for both ppc64le and s390x

Hmm, do we still have workarounds/problems with fwupd on x86?

+ '[' '!' -f /usr/lib/modules-load.d/fwupd-redfish.conf ']'
+ grep -q ipmi-si /usr/lib/modules-load.d/fwupd-redfish.conf
+ exit 100

Well i can just say that this PR works on s390x, and the error seems to be a general problem for x86 right now.

https://github.com/openshift/os/blob/master/manifest.yaml#L123-L126

This indicates that RHCOS is pulling in the fwupd package from RHEL 8.6....which means that the CI job is using the 8.6 repos and doesn't match what we are using downstream.

We have to adjust the manifest/repos used to pull the 8.5 content for now, until we return to 8.6

We have to adjust the CI job/script to populate the correct repos

Wrong again...the CI script is pulling from a repo with 8.5 in the name, but is using URLs that reference the latest RHEL 8 release.

Looks like another issue with the repo mirror

Updating rpm-md repo 'rhel-86-appstream': cannot update repo 'rhel-86-appstream': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried; Last error: Status code: 403 for http://base-4-11-rhel86.ocp.svc.cluster.local/rhel-8-appstream/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 172.30.132.86)

I put up another PR to switch from the 8.6 Beta content, but that won't necessarily resolve the 403 error
