Documentation fixes for openssl-1.0.1g (Ubuntu 14.04)

I already tried to write on the mailing list, but it didn't work.

The current suggested stable 1.0.1g download won't compile on up2date systems as there are many errors in the documentation pod files.

@mattcaswell How stable is the master branch? I would prefer a new downloadable or a stable tag.

You can use the OpenSSL_1_0_1-stable branch for now (which will form the basis for 1.0.1h) - only bug fixes go into this branch, not new functionality. This should be relatively stable. This fix will be included in the next release.

Another option is to use the 1.0.1g release and just not install the documentation. So instead of:
make install
you can use
make install_sw
