perftools cannot be built with openssl 1.1.1 on Windows #85
Description
I wanted to run the perftools against openssl 1.1.1 but cmake failed:
cmake --version
cmake version 4.2.3
CMake suite maintained and supported by Kitware (kitware.com/cmake).
