Select background imagery: Auto

These days many imagery corporations use Auto selection to find the most cloud free, and the most sharpest images for a given area, of course recency is considered too.

So maybe iD could do the same. In other words add an

• Auto

choice to the

• Bing
• etc.

list, for users who are tired of manually switching back and forth.

As to exactly how Auto should select what is best, I'll leave that up to Team B.
