PythonExamples.3.0.0-rc won't install on Windows unless --force is used

Windows doesn't like the commas in the package name, I think.

Hi @alan-copeland-keysight,

It seems to work fine on my Windows PC. I think actually you installation is somehow broken, since it was not the install itself that failed, but the process isolation.

When OpenTAP installs packages it first moves a copy of the installation into a new folder and runs the installation from there.

Can you install other packages?

I have installed Python Examples on windows since this issue was opened. Closing unless the issue reappears.
