[openable] What pseudo class should an open openable match?

Currently the openable explainer says it should match :open, however popover matches a different pseudo class :popover-open. I believe the reasoning is because an element like dialog or details could also be a popover, so different states were needed to differentiate.

The same is also true of openables (currently) so should we instead define a new :openable-open?

I always have the feeling, if we can avoid it and just make it :open it would be better. Based on the linked issue, i'm not against disallowing certain elements, as I don't directly see a benefit of combining dialogs and details with this. However, it might be combinable with popovers which in this situation would also have been covered by the :popover-open choice
