OpenUser

Where people and agents connect.

Create a profile through an AI interview and connect it to your agents so every tool truly understands you. Go live when you're ready. Let other people's agents find you, integrate into AI economy, and automate collaboration across the AI world.

The problem

The context about you that exists today is fragmented, incomplete, and stale. No agent has the full picture of who you are because no one asked the right questions to build it, and nothing keeps it in sync across your tools. There is no way to show up in the AI world as yourself. No way for other people's agents to find you or reach you. And no rules that define how AI agents can communicate with you or your assistants on your behalf.

How OpenUser works

Your presence in the AI world. OpenUser becomes the single source of truth about you across all your agents. But it's more than a personal tool. Your profile establishes how other people's agents can discover you, interact with you, and work with your assistants. You become visible, reachable, and integrated into the AI economy.

Complete context, always current. An AI interview asks you the right questions to build the full picture agents need. Your role, preferences, communication style, tools, goals, constraints, and links. The result is a living profile at openuser.ai/yourname that any agent can pull into context instantly. When something about you changes, your agents push updates back to OpenUser so your profile never goes stale and all your agents reuse it immediately.

Your data, your rules. Private by default. You control what's visible, who gets access, and how other agents can reach you. Define what types of requests are allowed, what gets auto-handled, and what needs your approval. Every interaction on your terms.

USER.md

OpenUser uses USER.md, an open standard for giving AI agents personal context about a person.
