All are updated to the latest versions except for iframe-resizer. There are no changes to the code needed for our usage of these libraries. Note that this includes the update to `@openwebwork/mathquill` in openwebwork#1416, so that pull request is not needed with this.

@openwebwork/mathquillin #1416, so that pull request is not needed with this.I have been waiting with this hoping that JSXGraph would release an update with the fix for the issue that necessitates the code on lines 269 - 374 of
htdocs/js/GraphTool/graphtool.js, but I think it would be good to go ahead and get this in.
