I migrated a zpoool from an old TrueNAS Core server. It imported fine and is working but the hard drives cause macos to put up this warning on every reboot. Since there are 24 of them it's a lot of clicks. I remember there is a way to modify something about partitions in terminal too get rid of the worning but it's been a while.

Maybe the partition type is not set right for zfs. Mine is set to "bf01" (according to gdisk) and diskutil list shows "zfs" as type for the real disk and "zfs dataset" for the virtual disk aka zfs pool.
That's what comes in my mind when I think of partitions and zfs.

You can check the partition type for the real disk with sudo gdisk /dev/diskX and then list the partition table with command "p".
With command "t" you can change the type. But before that you have to look up the right partition number in the partition list.
