Is v2.4.1rc5 still considered pre-release?

Since 2.4.1rc5 has been out now since February is it still considered pre-release or is anybody using it on their main systems?

I no longer have the test machine I used to use for trying releases before adopting them on my main machine, so I'm more reluctant to upgrade to release candidates than I used to be, but it'd be nice to get access to some of the new features if they're stable enough!

rc5 is probably last rc, since no major issues found.
