Fix logic computing label for places discrimination

Fix #93

Changes:

• fix many wrong computations
• add way more tests
• when two places share the same ancestry (e.g. Jalna => Jalna => State of Mahārāshtra => India like in the issue), keep both entries but differentiate by appending the ADM level in parentheses (like suggested in Do not introduce "false duplicates" in suggestions index / disambiguation pages #93 (comment), waiting for feedback)
