Zim with no article leave temp files behind

zim file is working (albeit without actual article) but the xapian stuff is not removed.

The index are cleaned by the Creator destructor.
This is probably because we don't correctly delete it :

• We have to fix this on python-libzim side.
• As we already have the issue with node-libzim, maybe it is time to change this on libzim side to clean those file at "finalize" step.
