Replaces generic 'stop burning energy' hero with opinionated positioning: - H1: 'Your team doesn't need another blank canvas. It needs a system.' - Positions directly against Notion/ClickUp (echoes masterplan) - Separates emotional pitch from factual attributes - Removes gradient blob decorations (generic SaaS look) - Dark CTA button (more confident than brand-blue) - Cleaner release pill (green dot vs rocket emoji) - More whitespace, less visual noise

Homepage hero rewrite
What changed
Before: "Stop burning energy on keeping your teams together." + gradient blobs + blue button
After: "Your team doesn't need another blank canvas. It needs a system." + clean whitespace + dark button
Why
The old hero was informational ("here's what the product does"). The new one is a statement of belief ("here's what we think you need"). It positions Operately against the Notion/ClickUp/blank-canvas world -- the same angle the masterplan page uses, but distilled into one line.
