Notification trigger option when a new podcast is added (entirely new podcast, not new episode of existing)

When Absulli notices that an entirely new Podcast has been added (not an episode for an existing Podcast), trigger a notification to the elected notification provider

Solution

Add another notification category which fires when a new podcast is detected (not a new episode for an existing podcast [which is already a built-in ABS notification type], but an entirely new podcast)

Alternatives

This could alternatively be an ABS-native notification, but has yet to be added there (I searched for existing ABS enhancement requests for this but didn't find a targeted one)

Similarly, and perhaps worthy of its own feature request, a digest-style "entirely new podcasts that have been added in the past week" notification or email might be a good option to cut down on the signal-to-noise ratio with busy ABS libraries
