Description of the change:
WIP/Prototype to introduce a new Cincinnati-like
olm.channelschema for declarative config.Check out the example in
internal/declcfg/testdata/channels.yamlMotivation for the change:
Managing replaces and skips across a large set of bundles is tedious and difficult. Replaces and skips semantics are difficult to understand. Cincinnati is reasonably well understood/understandable.
