…eview dispatch workflow_dispatch referenced these inputs for API dispatches but they were not declared, leaving them empty and causing curl 404 on repos//actions/workflows//. Add inputs with defaults (opf/integration-qa-helmfile, pullpreview-dispatch.yml) and guard deploy/teardown when values are missing. Made-with: Cursor
