Hotfix
Fixes startup crash on all machines: TTM_ADDTOOL failed error at launch.
The v1.2.0.0 installer was built without the Windows application manifest embedded in the binary resource. Without it, Common Controls 6.0 is not activated and Walk's tooltip initialization fails immediately on startup.
