dns/os-ddclient: add missing UI option for hostinger

Describe the bug
The recently hostinger integration is missing zone(required) and TTL(optional) on the UI and due of this missing, we're not able to setup the integration property.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the plugin os-ddclient
2. Go to Services: Dynamic DNS: Settings:Accounts
3. Click on + to add a new integration
4. In the Edit Account go to Services and select hostinger in dropdown
5. The issue will be here, the zone and ttl information is not available

Expected behavior
When you select the hostinger services the option for zone and ttl must to be available to set, if not will be possible to use it as the zone will be important configuration

No log available as this is a missing option in the interface and not able to configure it

I already open a Pull request with the correct fix for it: #5369

Environment
OPNsense: 26.1.6 (amd64).
any opensense community version, after the introduction of the hostinger in the os-ddclient plugin
