docs(rest): drop the Channel endpoints with the object The standalone Channel is removed from the product: VIGIL never asked for it, its WebSocket contract has no channel event, and in this domain the Incident already is the room. The three rows documented here this morning described a surface that no longer exists. Catalogue and router agree again on 51 of 52 routes; the 52nd is `/ws`, which the WebSocket reference specifies.
docs(rest): make the endpoint catalogue match the mounted routes The table called itself the complete endpoint catalogue while seven mounted routes were missing from it, including three inbound webhooks the product advertises as Action services — GitLab, Generic and Alertmanager, the last being what the jury demo runs on. Only GitHub was listed, and the capability summary claimed it was the sole inbound surface. - Add the three missing webhooks with their authentication and size bounds. - Add `/metrics`, and note that `GET /ws` is specified in the WebSocket reference rather than here, so the omission is deliberate and visible. - Drop `PUT /service-connections/{github,http}`, deleted from the server as duplicates of `by-service/{service}`. - List the Team channel routes, flagged as having no client surface yet: the catalogue documents what the server exposes, and hiding an unreachable endpoint is the same fault this commit fixes. - Record the new per-caller budget on the unauthenticated auth routes. Catalogue and router now agree on 53 of 54 routes; the 54th is `/ws`.
