DECISION_SERVICE: Rollout of feature {id} has no experiments

What I wanted to do

I recently added a new Environment to my Rollouts Project. After doing that, I am receiving the following error: DECISION_SERVICE: Rollout of feature 18154074901 has no experiments.

I do not receive this error in any other environment. I am not even using experiments (just feature flags). I noticed that the datafile for the new environment is much different from the datafile in the other environments, even when the configurations are identical.

What I expected to happen

Datafile similar to other environments. No errors.

What actually happened

DECISION_SERVICE: Rollout of feature 18154074901 has no experiments error.

It doesn't seem like I can create support tickets any more, and I get an error when I try to sign up for the Optimizely Slack community. So I didn't know where else to reach out for help. Thanks.

@BrandonNoad Did you pass this through your support rep?

This feels like a configuration issue more than an SDK code issue....but I could be wrong, of course. We'll be ready to catch an internal ticket.
