Doesn´t work with Diablo 2 Resurreted and Starfield to me

Full of anticipation, I wanted to use the latest version of OptiScaler with Starfield. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. Same problem with Diablo 2 Resurrected. Can someone provide me with a step-by-step guide?

I had to disable steam overlay for it to work on Starfield. I'm also using FSR4 with nightly build 0.7.7-pre12 of OptiScaler.
