Why is the update feature showing that there is no new release I am on 10.1.0 and it says my site is upto date

@vnetonline thank you for reporting this issue. It was caused by the enhancement in PR #5894 which was intended to allow users to select the specific version of the framework which they would like to upgrade to (ie. if they were on a version which was far behind the latest version). I have identified the problem and I am still investigating a solution. In the meantime I would suggest you use the manual method for upgrading.

The simplest fix would be to rollback #5894 and only allow users to upgrade to the latest framework version. In order to allow users to choose a specific version to upgrade to, the framework would need to call the Marketplace API to get the list of available framework versions - however the API does not currently offer this information... so it will require an enhancement to both the framework and the Marketplace.
