- HotFix: Hashicorp has updated their helm provider to version 3.x, and the Oracle oke module does not work anymore. I am forcing the helm provider version to be 2.9.0 to not break the oke stack
- Added missing UDP rules to support UDP services exposed through Network Load Balancers
- Removed some stateless rules
