ORA-01031 on container reboot

Whenever the container gets rebooted the following message appears:

Exception encountered during PDB create:ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

This means the database reverts to the original state and all data is lost.

Hi @german-enriquez,

That error is seen for a different reason - while executing ALTER SYSTEM REGISTER during container startup. That error can be ignored because the services automatically register every 60 seconds. It should not lead to data loss.
