Call for Lead Maintainers – GraalVM Backports Repositories: JDK 25

We would like to kindly ask you to organize a Call for Lead Maintainers, akin to what worked well in the past on #8935

The goal is to have https://github.com/graalvm/graalvm-community-jdk25u where the community can pick up the slack and carry on with JDK 25 compatible maintenance next year.

Feel free the edit the body of this issue to add necessary details.

Thanks @Karm, as discussed in the community slack thread , we will proceed with a call for maintainer similar to #8935, @alina-yur will take care of organizing this.
