  • Added a validation that checks the sanity of TLAB-related options at build-time.
  • Fixed inconsistencies in the existing run-time validation of TLAB-related options.
  • Fixed issues where MinTLABSize wouldn't work as expected.
  • Removed the option InitialTLABSize (option TLABSize can be used instead).
  • Cleanups and simplifications.
