Vagrantfile in oracle/oci-designer-toolkit/containers/vagrant refers to
URL https://oracle.github.io/vagrant-boxes/boxes/oraclelinux/7.json which doesn't exist
Valid URL appears to be https://oracle.github.io/vagrant-projects/boxes/oraclelinux/7.json
