Privileged access is available for standard database (SYSDBA), but from a server support perspective would be helpful to have SYSASM privileged access specificlllay for ASM instances.

2. Give supporting information about tools and operating systems. Give relevant product version numbers

Oracle 19/21c Grid infrastructure[RAC] (or Grid Infrastructure stand alone).
