Command-Line Option To Focus VisualVM Window

When controlling the VisualVM from command-line (see GH-319, GH-320, GH-321, GH-322, and also --openid, --openpid, --openjmx, etc.) it would be handy if the tool window could be brought to front, so the user immediately sees the result of the action.
