[Feature]: Show blacklisted words #250

Hey, amazing project which helps a lot! :)
As now (17.0.0), the UI doesn't show the blacklisted keywords. This makes it difficult to determine to what extent the results found were influenced by the keywords. As things stand, I have no feedback as to whether the keyword is even being taken into account. It always shows the following blank list no matter how many keywords are set:
Proposed Feature
Display the keywords in a list below the "Blacklist" field, with the option to delete individual keywords.
It would also be cool if you could see which ads were filtered out in order to optimize the blacklist.
