Use Form Runner session dialog when receiving a 440

Following #5678.

showLoginDetectedDialog() is at XForms level, but new dialog from #5890 is at Form Runner level. Consider handling using a listener or other registration mechanism to separate the XForms vs. Form Runner layers.
