Search Packages

This release is the start to improving search option on the library. However to the nature of database searching this change will be breaking change. From this release onward, the packages will only work with postgresql, since we need to have case insensitive feature on search. The search might be rewritten for stable release, but up until version 1.0.0, expect the packages to only work on postgresql.
