Comment out the ones that are failing currently, make prioritized tasks for the sections commented out, and going forward only accept a PR if all current tests are passing This will allow us to catch anything that causes our current passing unit tests to fail and we can slowly add the missing ones F51-297
was causing travis cli build to break
