Instead of overriding the template & message on every loading indicator use the global config object to set the default template and message. Using: common/templates/view.loading.tpl.html and null for the message This commit also contains performance updates to the cart and eliminates some unneeded methods from the ocLineItems.js service. Omitted methods: - UpdateQuantity - RemoveItem
