How did your first run go?

Hi, I'm Alessandro and I maintain Ordewell.

If you have tried Ordewell, I'd like to hear how your first run went. Please reply here with:

• What you ran it on (a real task from your own work is ideal)
• Which agent planned and which ran the tasks (Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode)
• Your OS and how you installed it (npm, VS Code or Open VSX)
• Where you hesitated or got stuck, and what broke
• What you found useful, and what you'd change or missed

Failures are as useful as successes. "I gave up at step X" is a perfectly good reply.

If you have a moment: how would you describe Ordewell to a colleague, in your own words?

If you tried it earlier and got stuck on an API key error: that's fixed. With Claude Code or any other harness installed, you now get a plan without any API key.
