This PR adds a new organisation identifier list for the Iraq Ministry of Trade – Registrar of Companies (
IQ-MOT).The registry issues official company registration numbers for companies incorporated in Iraq. These identifiers appear on company registration certificates and can be used as stable organisation identifiers in IATI data.
