SPEC-001 Mission Contract: Request for Implementations

Aftergraph is looking for independent implementations and hostile evaluations of SPEC-001 / the Mission Contract research direction.

The core question is whether a lightweight, vendor-neutral contract can bind mission intent, state, capabilities, attenuated authority, budgets, trajectory, evidence, and independent verification without unacceptable control-plane tax or framework lock-in.

Useful contributions:

• implement the contract in a different runtime or language,
• run conformance vectors and report semantic deviations,
• reproduce or contradict MISSION-Bench results,
• attack Complete != Verified, evidence gating, authority attenuation, budget enforcement, or trajectory traceability,
• measure token/context/latency/compute/human overhead,
• identify materially equivalent prior art.

When reporting results, include exact source commit/release, environment, model/provider/version where relevant, method, raw artifacts, and limitations. Zero observed failures in a sample is not proof of zero population failure probability.
