Prior Art Challenge: What Has Aftergraph Reinvented?

Aftergraph should assume its favorite idea already exists until the evidence says otherwise.

Use this thread to challenge the novelty, naming, mechanisms, or claimed gaps behind SPEC-001, MISSION-Bench, Agentic Institution Engineering, evidence-gated completion, attenuated authority, durable mission execution, and related work.

High-value submissions include:

• papers and preprints,
• patents and claim language,
• standards, RFCs, and specifications,
• source code, tests, issues, PRs, and release history,
• commercial systems with materially equivalent observable behavior,
• older multi-agent, distributed-systems, control-theory, security, workflow, or institutional-computing work.

Please identify the exact overlap: object model, invariant, mechanism, protocol binding, behavior, or empirical result. "This sounds like X" is a useful lead; "section Y / claim Z implements the same semantics" is much better.

The strongest acceptable outcome is not protecting Aftergraph's terminology. It is narrowing, correcting, or rejecting a claim when prior art warrants it.
