XAMPP Windows on USB Drive or other Removable Storage

The Windows FAQ “How can I start XAMPP without setup?” says, “Not using the setup script, or selecting relative paths in the setup script, is preferred if you are installing XAMPP on a usb drive.”

It would be helpful if the project would publish XAMPP in a ZIP or 7-Zip format. Currently, the folders for 8.5.12, 8.4.27, and 8.3.36 contain only installer exe files. Other folders, such as 8.2.12, contain files in the archive file formats:
